Avocado is a fruit that is high in healthy fats, fiber, and various vitamins and minerals. Its creamy like dairy cream/cheese. Whenever my children seem to have dryness symptoms such as constipation or dry skin, I start Avo Almond Shakes and Avo flatbread sandwiches.

Here is a simple recipe that use for my children. They love Avocado everything.
Note: Drink it fresh and use if not sure, all that you made will finished instantly, add 1/2 tsp lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown,(just for an hour or so, no longer) natural process since it rich is iron and fresh fruit reacts with oxygen and hence giving it that dark unpleasant color and flavor. Recommended is that you drink it fresh and don't store it longer.
